YES, ordering on the Toys4Tails website is safe and secure! We use Stripe – one of the most recognized security technologies to keep your information safe. Your information is transfered securely, and Toys4Tails never sees or stores any of your credit card information. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.

How are my toys shipped? When will they arrive?
The average delivery time is 5-7days. We ship your toys at the same time each month. So, if you signed up during the second week of the month that will be your ship week each month for the duration of your subscription. If you would like to alter the ship week, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will make that change for you.
We currently offer subscriptions for shipment within the 50 United States
We ship Monday-Friday, on the weekends we can usually be found at the dog beach – WOOF!
What if I want to cancel or modify my subscription?
While we hope we are never in your dog house, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We only ask that you let us know the reason for your change of heart so we can make sure to always be improving upon our services.
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll make it right! We can either replace the damaged toy, or send a different item of your choosing.
